Available Options
The following table lists all currently available options. Please check regularly with your

Keyboard and Mouse
In addition to the touchscreen, you can use keyboard and
mouse on your CrimpCenter.
Fingerprint Reader
With the Fingerprint Reader you can equip your CrimpCen-
ter with an alternative login option.
Barcode Scanner
With the barcode scanner you can scan barcodes of stations,
tools and material (for example wires, crimp, seal, ...) for the
current order.
An error message is displayed in the EASY software if the
stored and the scanned barcode do not match and produc-
tion is not released.

Magnifying Glass
With the illuminated magnifying glass you can enlarge the
produced wires and make a visual inspection.
Air Conditioner
With the air conditioner for the control cabinet, a rise in tem-
perature can be counteracted in warm production environ-
ments. This is recommended from a production temperature
of over 35° | C 95° F.
Collecting container for rejected parts - Conveyor belt
Bad parts that have not been sorted out and disposed of via
the cutting and stripping unit can be disposed of in the col-
lecting container at the end of the conveyor belt.
Terminal Strip Chopper - Crimping Station
The terminal strip copper chops the carrier roll of the crimps
after they have been processed.

Crimp Height Adjustment - Electric - UniCrimp 222
The electric crimp height adjustment is integrated into the
UniCrimp 222 and can be adjusted via the EASY software.
