DANGER
Risk of injury due to wrong cleaning aids!
Cleaning the tinning station with a high-pressure cleaner or com-
pressed air can result in considerable danger for the personnel.
The following instructions are to be followed!
Under no circumstances clean the tinning station with a pressure
washer or with compressed air.
DANGER
Risk of injury due to deflagration!
If the crucible of the tinning station is not dry, it may lead to deflagra-
tion when filling the tin station.
The following instructions are to be followed!
The crucible of the tinning station must be absolutely dry before it
is filled with tin solder!
NOTICE
Damage to property if not observed!
If the crucible of the tinning station is not filled with tin solder, this can
lead to damage to the tinning station.
The following instructions are to be followed!
Before the tinning station may be heated, the crucible must be fil-
led with tin solder!
Heating up when the crucible is empty may damage the station.
The following temperatures and speeds are factory set to the rec-
ommended tin solder!
» Pump is activated at: 285 °C
» Operating temperature is at: 305 °C
» Speed to reach the temperatures: fastest
Before heating, check that all conditions are met and adjust the
values only when needed.

The product is designed for the flux and tin solder mentioned in the
instruction manual.
The operation company of the machine is responsible for the selec-
tion and use of other flux and / or tin solder.
The interaction of the two substances is to be considered!
