(De-) Mounting - Transport Aid - Dual ToolingShuttle

Demounting

Two transport aids are mounted on each Dual ToolingShuttle. These must be dismantled

before commissioning.

Each Dual ToolingShuttle is connected to the

platform with a transport aid in the upper

area and to the machine frame in the lower

area.

Remove the marked screws.

» Keep the screw(s) in a safe place.

2.

Remove the marked washers.

» Keep the washer(s) in a safe place.

3.

▹

Remove the bracket.

» Keep these.

4.

▹

Loosen the quick release and remove

the disc.

» Keep these.
