Insert and align the conveyor belt

Conveyor belt - GM - 4m - Setting up, inserting and aligning

The conveyor belt is later secured with a tog-

gle screw on the CrimpCenter. This screw is

attached to the conveyor belt (4 meter mod-

ules).

1.

Unscrew the screw.

2.

▹

Set it aside.

3.

▹

Carefully bring the conveyor belt to the

base machine.

Notice

There is a risk of collision between the con-

veyor belt and the socket on the control cab-

inet.

The height of the conveyor must be adjus-

ted. The slide rail of the conveyor belt must

be at the height of the intake on the Crimp-

Center.

4.

Bring the slide rail to the correct height

by turning the adjusting screws on the

feet of the conveyor belt.

5.

▹

Place the spirit level, as in the picture on

the foot of the conveyor belt.

The conveyor belt must be aligned using the

spirit level.
