Ontrac Cell Troubleshooting

Ontrac Installation Manual

Reporting Menu

• This menu allows users to adjust the reporting

parameters, and send station reports.

Heartbeat Time

• Use to set interval of Heartbeat reports, can be set from 60

minutes up to 64999 minutes.

• Adjust time by using the “Next” button to select digit and the

“Back” button to change the currently selected digit, after

adjusted to desired time press the “Enter” button to save.

• The default setting for heartbeat reporting is 1440 minutes.

• Heartbeat reports will include battery voltage, digital status,

GPS, and cell signal strength.
