Ontrac Installation Manual
Begin Installation:
1. Verify analog 2 jumper configuration.
2. Disconnect the battery cable from the RTU Board.
3. Install Transducer to the water pipe. If necessary tee it into the water pipe. (fitting size is 1/8” NPT)
4. Bring the transducer wire harness with strain relief into the Ontrac unit.
5. To wire the Pressure Transducer into the RTU board;
A. Wire into Analog Input 2.
a. Connect the black wire from transducer to the black terminal.
b. Connect the green wire from transducer to the white terminal.
c. Connect the red wire from transducer to the red terminal.
d. White wire will not be used.
6. Hardware install is complete.
7. Go back to installation instructions for the Ontrac unit that is being installed.
8. BEFORE LEAVING THE FIELD, COMPLETE VERIFICATION PROCEDURE BELOW
VERIFICATION:
1. Use internet access
/field_test and radio number to verify communication http://admin.ontracbyreinke.com
and input status.
2. Make sure Orbcomm Pressure shows up on the test site.
3. Compare the raw number status to pressure (keep in mind the approximate scale)

4. Run the pivot with and without water pressure to verify the transducer is working
correctly.
5. If questions or concerns arise contact technical support.
6. Verification is complete.
