Ontrac Installation Manual
Cell Option: Transducer Retro (350763R)
350763R - (Ontrac Cell-Transducer) -
This option provides remote monitoring of system pressure
.
Verify that all parts match accordingly.
130763 Transducer Assy-Trac Cell
1. Call Dealer Support at (800)947-4868 to complete Transducer setup.
2. Disconnect the battery, solar and power supply connections from the G2 board.
3. Remove the plug next to the cage and install the Bulk Head.
Note: The hex side of bulkhead is located on top of the base plate.
4. Tighten bulk head using the nut and lock washer provided.
5. Fasten the pressure transducer to the bulk head and tighten.
6. Screw the 1/4” NPT x 1/4” barb in the
bulk head on the inlet side, tighten and then
slide the nylon tubing onto the barb. (Note:
no clamping is required for this connection)
7. Locate and use a 3/4” water pipe outlet to install the 3/4” x 1/4” hex bushing and 1/4 NPT x 1/4
barb to open water outlet and tighten all fittings.
Note: Use an outlet that will allow the water to drain when the system water drains.
There is a 1/8” NPT x 1-4” barb fitting also included if needed.
8. Using the nylon tubing connect the water outlet to the pressure transducer; leave a six inch loop to
compensate for tube shrinkage.
9. Wire the pressure transducer per print on next page.
10. Reconnect the battery, solar and power supply to the G2 board.
