==Booting Up==

flash 3 times to indicate the newer version style
==Operation==
Power:
If the board has power this light is on.
GPS Data:
On normally and will flicker when a string is received. If off or
no flicker is seen the GPS module is not working.
Data Out:
At the beginning will blink to indicate the GPS is being configured.
After that the light will blink on new position to RTU sends.
Sats>3:
Blinks if sat count > 0, Solid if sat count > 3
WAAS:
Blinks simultaneously with reverse every 10 seconds (or so) to indicate position precision.
If the GPS gets a lock on WAAS, this light will come on solid.
1 Blink: hdop <= 3.0
2 Blink: hdop <= 2.0
3 blink: hdop <= 1.5
4 blink: hdop <= 1.2
5 blink: hdop < 1.0
Reverse:
Blinks with WAAS to indicate satellite count every 10 seconds. One flash per satellite used.
==Base Setup==
Base:
On solid when attempting to establish a base location.
Move:
On solid if we are taking positions and calculating the base location.
Rev:
On solid if we are awaiting a better fix (requires HDOP of 1.5 or lower to do base). This will be interrupted by the
flashing of the satellite count.
==Reboot Required==
ALL Lights (except Power, GPS Data) flashing slowly: A fault has occurred. The power needs to be pulled which will reset
the GPS module and board.
The GPS board needs an HDOP of 1.5, or lower, to do a base setup. This will take 6/5 satellites to be successful. If the unit
does not setup correctly after 10 minutes, the Reboot Required light sequence will indicate the unit needs a reset.
The unit also requires an HDOP of 2.0, or lower, to do position calculations and send new strings. Generally 5/4 satellites to
reach this level. (2 flashes of WAAS).
