3. Install the antenna mount and tower box on the pivot center box mount;
placing the antenna mount between the tower box and pivot center mount.
Using a 2” bolt start one top side of the tower box through the antenna mount into the
pivot center mount secure with 3/8” nut. Install the other 3/8” bolt, insert from bottom
up through the mount, antenna mount and tower box base then secure with 3/8” nut.
1. Install the antenna as shown above. (Fig 1.)
NOTE: Antenna mount must be orientated as shown to the left, away from the pivot
center leg or lateral cart.
2. Route the antenna cable though a strain relief in the tower box base.
3. Tighten the SMA connector to the SMA Female bulk head connector.
4. Install the 10 conductor span cable between the system tower box or Main Control Panel and ONTRAC
tower box. Use the strain reliefs provided to fasten the cable to each tower box or main control panel.
5. Wire span cable per print. See prints at the end of this Installation Sheet.
6. See end of system wiring schematic for EOS & MCP wiring details.
ONTRAC Cell wiring functions:
I. Green: Ground – Attach to the system box ground terminal
II. White: Neutral – Attach to the system box neutral
III. Purple: Forward – attach to the system box forward AC control wire
IV. Pink: Reverse – Attach to the system box reverse AC control wire
V. Brown: Limit – Wire in series with the limit circuit
VI.Yellow: Limit out – Wire in series with the limit circuit
VII. Orange: Percent timer – Attach to system percent timer wire.
VIII. Red: Constant 120VAC to power supply/start relay if installed at the pivot
center/Main Control Panel.
IX. Black: Start function, at the Main Control Panel
X. Blue: Extra wire for any use.
7. Complete all option installation(s) using the relevant option(s) instruction sheet(s).
Installation Tower Mounting
Electrical Installation
1. Install the hardware on the last tower. (Fig 2.)
Note: Installation on another tower can be done if
tower access to install and service is easier.
2. Mount the tower box retro mount on the water pipe
next to the receiver (PN: 141531-G) using the
hardware provided.
3. Tighten all hardware items fastening the retro box
mount to the water pipe.
4. Install the antenna mount and tower box on the
tower box retro mount.
5. The antenna mount is to be placed between the
tower box and the tower box retro mount.
Note: The mounting direction of the antenna mount does not matter; however ensure that it is mounted
so that it is not on the same side as the main control screen on G2 board for ease of servicing.
