Options: Post Tower Mount with Stop Iridium (350753)

Ontrac Installation Manual

350753 - (Post Tower Mount with Stop Iridium) -

This option will monitor the system if it is

stopped or running. This option will also allow the operator to stop the system remotely.

Step 3

. Make sure the stop relay works when activated to stop the pivot.

a. Control 1-4 should be in lower left hand corner of the board, there is orange, brown and purple

wires.

b. Take a jumper wire and touch a wire from the brown wire to ground and hold for 8 seconds,

then release.

c. This should activate the stop relay to pull in for 8 seconds.

NOTE:

Go back to installation instructions for the Ontrac unit that is being installed.

Step 2

. Wiring Stop Relay Contacts:

a. Using yellow wire as needed wire safety circuit in series through NC contacts on relay.
b. Connect wiring harness to the relay by connecting the control wires from the relay to the

wire harness (make sure they match color to color). See drawing on opposite page.

Step 1

. Remove screw that holds the magnet onto the din rail and

discard the magnet. Using the screw attach the din rail to the “B”
Tower Box as shown.

Before attempting any service or installation work ensure the Disconnect Switch on the Main
Control Panel is
