Ontrac Installation Manual

Cell Option: Pressure Switch (350731)

350731 - (Ontrac Cell-Pressure Switch) -

Pressure Switch for remote monitoring of system wet/dry

status.

Verify that all parts match accordingly.

140731 Ontrac Cell-Pressure Switch

1. Disconnect the battery, solar and power supply connections from the G2 board.
2. Pressure Switch will be factory installed to the base unit as shown below.

3. Screw the 1/8” NPT x 1/4” barb in the
pressure switch inlet, tighten and then slide
the nylon tubing onto the barb. (Note: no
clamping is required for this connection)

4. Next locate a 3/4” water pipe outlet to tie into system water pressure that will allow water to

drain when the system water drains. Screw in and tighten the 3/4 x 1/4 hex bushing and then insert
1/4NPT x 1/4” barb into the bushing and tighten.

NOTE: A 1/8” NPT x 1/8” barb is also included if needed

.

5. Insert the open end of the nylon tubing from the pressure switch to the 1/4” barbed fitting.

NOTE: Leave a six inch loop in tubing to compensate for tube shrinkage.

6. Complete wiring for the pressure switch by connecting to D3 jack.

See picture to right and refer to wiring diagram on page 2

7. Reconnect the battery, solar and power supply connections to the G2 board.
8. Installation is complete.
9. Complete any other option installation before completing the verification steps on the next page.
