Options: Post Tower Mount with Start/Stop Iridium (350754)
B. Start Relay with Touch Screen Panel
a. Wire relay using NO contacts.
b. Connect 120 VAC from the transformer to the NO contact on the Start Relay.
c. Connect the common contact from Start Relay to Alarm 1 on the touch screen.
d. Configure Alarm 1 Off to On to the start system when alarm 1 transitions from Off to On.
C. Start Relay with Advanced Panel
a. Wire relay using NO contacts across the Start Button (use the contacts furthest to the right
when facing the back of the start button).
b. Connect NO contact of Start Relay to Red wire on the Start Button.
c. Connect wire from common contact from Start Relay to Black and Blue/Yellow wires on the
Start Button.
D. Start Relay with Basic Auto Reverse panel
a. Wire relay using NO contact across the Start Button (use the middle set of contacts).
b. Wire relay using NO contacts from the Start Relay to the Red wire on Start Button.
c. Connect the common contact from Start Relay to the Black wire on Start Button.
E. Start Relay with Basic Panel
a. Wire Start Relay using NO contacts.
b. Connect NO contact from start relay to the Light Blue wire on the Safety Relay.
c. Connect common contact from Start Relay to the Gray wire on the Safety Relay.
Step 6. STOP Relay
A. Wire using NC contact and in series with the safety circuit.
B. Stop with Reinke Touch Screen Panel.
a. Wire relay using NC contacts.
b. Connect a wire to NC contact from Stop Relay to 120 VAC from the Transformer.
c. Connect a wire to common contact from Stop Relay to Alarm 2 on the Touch Screen.
d. Configure Alarm 2, On to Off, to the Stop System.
Step 7. Pivot Relay Contacts
A. Connect the black wire attached to Pivot Relay, into V- on the Power Supply.
Step 8. Pivot Relay Coils
A. Connect white wire to neutral.
B. Connect Black wire to Hour Meter 120 VAC, or any other energized circuit when pivot is running
in either direction.
DO NOT use any restart method that will bypass or override the
system safety. This method can result in damage to the system.
Step 5.
START Relay.
A. Start Relay with Auto Restart Timer
a. An auto restart timer should be installed to manufacturing specifications prior to adding the
Start Function.
b. If the system has low pressure shutdown then an Auto Restart Timer is required.
c. Connect start relay using NC contacts and in series with power to the auto restart timer (if it’s
a Reinke, it should be a red wire going to T1 terminal on the timer).
