ARS Dial Treatments
If PRG 26-02-05 defined a dial treatment table, this program is where
you define what digits are added or deleted to the number dialed.
Common examples:
Add a 9 in front of all calls to bury the Centrex 9 =
D019RE
.
Add area code 214 in front of the dialed number =
D03214RE
.
Delete the leading digit 1 off the call =
2RE
.
Delete 1 plus the area code off the call =
23RE
.
3 = Delete the NPA
(Requires at
least 11 digits defined in PRG 26-02.)
2 = Delete the leading digit
(Re-
quires at least 8 digits defined in PRG
26-02.)
1 = Add the digit 1 to the beginning
of the call
(Requires at least 8 digits
defined in PRG 26-02.)
INPA = Insert the NPA
DNN = Outdial the NN number of
digits
(For example
D03214
outdials
the digits 214.)
WNN = Wait NN seconds
P = Pause
(Analog trunk only)
R = Redial the initial number in-
cluding any modifications
E = End the dial treatment
(All dial
treatment tables must end with the E
code.)
X = Output the extension number
of the call originator to the black
box for E911 services

Trunk Group Number
Only needed if PRG 26-02-03 was set to F-Route.
Per F-Route table (defined in PRG 26-02-03) there are up to four
choices for trunk groups. The lowest number priority is always selec-
ted first and the next priority will not be selected unless all trunks are
unavailable due to a busy condition, or the circuit card is removed or
damaged.
0 = Trunk Group 0
(Call Restricted)
1 ~ 25 = Trunk Group 1 ~ 25

ARS Class of Service
Only needed if PRG 26-02-03 was set to F-Route.
For each F-Route priority an ARS class of service must be assigned.
The ARS class that is assigned here must match the ARS class that is
assigned in PRG 26-02-04.
0 = No ARS Class

1 ~ 16 = ARS Class 1 ~ 16

Dial Treatment
Only needed if PRG 26-02-03 was set to F-Route.
For each F-Route priority a dial treatment table can be selected if dig-
its are to be added or deleted to the call. The dial treatments tables
are defined in PRG 26-03-01.
0 = No Dial Treatment Table Added
(Call will be sent out of the system as
dialed.)
1 ~ 15 = ARS Treatment tables 1 ~

Maximum Dialing Digits
Only needed if PRG 26-02-03 was set to F-Route.
For each F-Route priority a maximum digits table can be applied.
For Analog trunks this is NOT required.
For ISDN and IP trunks this is required so that as soon as the last digit
is dialed the call will be immediately sent out of the system with no de-
lay.
If the maximum dialing digits table is not set the system will wait the
amount of time specified in PRG 20-03-04 before sending the call out
of the system.
0 = Not Set
(Call will wait for the tim-

Trunk call Dial Sending Start Time
When ARS is enabled this program becomes the interdigit timer.
When using ISDN or IP trunks with a maximum dialed digits table it is
recommended to extend this timer to give the users more time in be-
tween dialing digits.
