Guide to Feature Programming
The programs listed below indicate the most commonly used programs required for this feature. The
programs are listed in the order that the installer should follow. Refer to the PCPro wizards for further
detailed programming.
• When a * is listed next to the Program Number it indicates a program that
MUST
be set (from a
default state) for this feature to be enabled.

Off Hook Ringing
Per Station use this option to set the telephone Off-Hook signaling
type that occurs when a user receives a second call while busy on a
handset call.
0 = Muted Off-Hook Ringing
1 = No Off-Hook Ringing
3 = Beep in Speaker
4 = Beep in Handset
5 = Beep in Speaker and Handset
(default = 0)

Second Call for DID/DISA/DIL/E&M
This option enables or disables a users ability to receive a second call
from a DID, DISA, DIL, or E&M Tie line per class of service (PRG
20-06-01).
0 = Off
(2nd call will not be allowed.)
1 = On
(2nd call is allowed.)
(default = 1)

Call Queuing
This option enables or disables a users ability to have calls queued if
a call rings the extension when it is busy.
0 = Off
(Calls are not queued.)
1 = On
(Calls are queued.)
(default = 1)

Intercom Off Hook Signaling
This option enables or disables a users ability to receive off hook sig-
nals.
0 = Off
(ICM off hook signaling disa-

Automatic Off Hook Signaling
This option enables or disables the users ability to manually or auto-
matically receive off hook signals.
0 = Off

Interval of Call Waiting Tone
This program allows you to adjust the time between call waiting/off
hook signaling tones.
0 ~ 64800 = 0 ~ 64800 seconds
(default =10 seconds)
