The programs listed below indicate the most commonly used programs required for this feature. The
programs are listed in the order that the installer should follow. Refer to the PCPro wizards for further
detailed programming.

Caller ID Display
Per Class of service this command enables or disables the ability to
display the caller ID name/number received from the Telco.
0 = Off
(Caller ID not displayed.)

(Caller ID is displayed.)

Analog Caller ID
On a per analog trunk basis caller ID can be enabled or disabled.
This command is only for Analog trunks and should never be enabled
for T1, PRI, or SIP trunks.
0 = Off
(Caller ID not displayed.)
1 = On
( Caller ID is displayed.)

Caller ID Function - for External Module
This command enables or disables a Single Line Terminal with a dis-
play to show the caller ID received from the Telco.
This program is only for Single Line Terminals (not digital or IP) that
have caller ID displays. If the phone does not have a caller ID display,
do not enable this.
0 = Disable
(Caller ID not displayed.)
1 = Enable
(Caller ID is displayed.)

Caller ID to Voice Mail
This command enables or disables the ability for the system to send
the caller ID information to the Voice Mail.
This command is for ALL trunk types (analog, digital, and IP).
0 = Disable
(Caller ID not sent to
VM.)
1 = Enable
(Caller ID is sent to VM.)
(default = 0)

Trunk to Trunk Outgoing Caller ID through Mode
This command is for PRI and SIP trunks only and should never be en-
abled on any other trunk type.
When this command is enabled the system will pass the originating
callers caller ID on to the Telco if the call is forwarded out of the sys-
tem.
Some Telco offices do not support this and will replace the number
you send them with the main billing number.
0 = Disable

LCD Holding Time
This command specifies the amount of time a user's display shows
caller ID for a second incoming call.
0 ~ 64800 seconds
(default = 5 seconds)
