Advanced Setup 

 

Re-Setup Procedure when Multiple Logical 
Drives Exist 

 
 
 

 

Make sure to back up the data to prepare for a failure before starting the setup again. 

 

Re-Setup Procedure 

 

1. Start the manual setup by following the procedure in this Guide and ”Installation Guide”. 
 
2. When the following message is displayed, select a partition that the OS to be set up. 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

3. Continue the manual setup by following the procedure in this document and ”Installation 

Guide”. 

 

This is the end of the procedure. 

 
 
 
 
 
 

 

NOTE: 
After completing the setup, the drive letters may be different from the 
ones before the re-setup. When the drive letters need to be 
corrected, follow the “Change Procedure of Drive Letter” described 
in the next page to change the drive letters. 

IMPORTANT: 
Drive letters for the system volume and the boot volume cannot be 
changed after completing the setup. Make sure the appropriate drive 
letters are allocated on this screen before continuing the setup.
