The E-stop is an equipment stop button. It is not used for emergency stop use. It simply disables the output of the
equipment (turns the enable line on the power supply off), but the display remains ON.
When the E-stop (equipment stop) button is pressed, the unit loses its ability to test. When conditions for stopping the
equipment have been resolved, press the E-stop button in and turn counter-clockwise to reset.
An icon at the top of the screen appears when the E-stop button is activated. When the button is reset, testing can
resume. If this icon still shows E-stop activated when the E-stop button is reset, ensure that the Stop Jumper is properly
installed on the back panel or remote indicator lights if used without a remote E-stop.
