Test Asset
In Sequenced Tests mode, clicking on TEST ASSET runs a fully-automatic execution of all tests in sequence specified for
the active test configuration of the selected asset.
1. Before running TEST ASSET in this mode, you must select an asset.
NOTE: The asset must have a test configuration and Sequence assigned to it or this mode will not
work. Sequences are designed to tell the tester which tests are available to run and in what order. The
test configuration specifies which tests are actually run.
2. Tap on TEST ASSET to start the testing process. A Test Initiation screen appears before the test runs.
3. From this screen, you can confirm the test configuration you want to run or change it if needed.
NOTE: Using this tool to change the test configuration only affects the immediate testing session. It
does not change the active test configuration for the asset. Future tests will revert to the assigned
active test configuration.
4. You can also enter values in the Test Condition row to provide additional information about the test.
5. Enter the actual temperature for the asset winding being tested then press the TEST ASSET button.
6. Testing safety message screens appear next, followed by any user-added connection and safety screens, and then
the screen for the first test type in the sequence.
