Archiving emails
You can archive emails by email threads.
Archived emails disappear from the Inbox.
However, unlike deleted emails, they can be
viewed again if required.

The "Inbox" screen appears containing
a message confirming that the thread
has been archived.
NOTE
You can cancel the archiving by tapping
"Undo".

Searching for an email

Thread management
From the "Inbox" screen, touch and hold a
thread to display a menu. This menu allows
you to perform the following operations.
Read
Open the thread.
Archive
Archive a thread. For details on
archiving, see "Archiving
emails" (P.92).
Mute
Mute the entire thread. When
you mute a thread, it
disappears from the list of
threads in the Inbox. You can
display muted threads in the
Inbox by pressing
m
→ "Go to
labels" → "All Mail" on the
"Inbox" screen.
