Settings
If you do not have a mixi account, you can
open one at http://mixi.jp (Japanese).
● Adding an online service account

From the Home screen,
m
→ "Settings" → "Accounts &
sync".

Tap the online service that
you want to set an account
for.

Follow the screen instructions and
enter your login details.
•
When you have finished adding the
account, the added online service
appears in the "Manage accounts"
group.
NOTE
If you mark the "Background data"
checkbox, all online service applications
installed on the FOMA terminal will
automatically communicate with their
respective services. If you mark the "Auto-
sync" checkbox, the applications will also
automatically synchronize data with their
respective services. These operations may
incur packet communication charges.
Marking these checkboxes also runs down
the battery due to the increased
background activity.
● Manually synchronizing online
service data

From the Home screen,
m
→ "Settings" → "Accounts &
sync".

Tap the account that you
want to synchronize with.

A list of the online service's
synchronized data appears.

Tap the data that you want
to synchronize.
● Deleting an online service account

From the Home screen,
m
→ "Settings" → "Accounts &
sync".

Tap the account that you
want to delete.

The "Data & synchronization" screen
appears.

NOTE
The Google account initially configured is
undeletable with the procedure described
above. To delete the initially configured
Google account, on the Home screen, press
m
→ "Settings" → "Privacy" → "Factory
data reset" to initialize the FOMA terminal.
