Opening the market

From the Home screen,
→
"Market".
•
The terms of service are displayed.
These are displayed only when you
open the market for the first time.

"Accept"
•
The market opens.
NOTE
Check the security of applications before
installing them. Applications are installed at
your own risk. The FOMA terminal may get
infected with a virus and its data may be
damaged.
NTT DOCOMO shall not accept liability for
any malfunctions caused by the
applications that you have installed.
NTT DOCOMO shall not accept liability for
any disadvantage to you or a third party
caused by the applications that you have
installed.
Some applications automatically perform
packet communication. Packet
communication is kept active unless you
disconnect or are timed out. To disconnect
packet communication, from the Home
screen, press
m
→ "Settings" → "Wireless
& networks" → "Mobile networks" , and
unmark the "Data enabled" checkbox.
If you need more information about the
market, press
m
→ "Help" when the
market is open.
Searching for and installing an
application

Search for the desired
application on the "Market"
screen.
•
If you tap
on the "Market" screen,
you can search for an application by its
name.
•
If you tap "Apps" on the "Market"
screen, a list of categories appears.
You can find an application by looking
in the relevant category.

Tap the application name.
•
Information such as the function of the
application, screenshot, developer of
the application, comments and ratings
from other users. Also, you can view
the information about the features and
the data that this application can
access, by pressing
m
→ "Security".
