CAUTION
Do
Turn FOMA terminal OFF and stop
charging before entering a place
such as a gas station where
flammable gases are generated.
The gas may catch fire.
Be sure to turn your FOMA terminal
off before using your おサイフケータイ
(Osaifu-Keitai) at a gas station or
the like. (If you set Osaifu-Keitai lock
ON, unlock it and power off the
terminal.)
Do
If you notice anything unusual
about the FOMA terminal, battery
pack, or adapter such as an
unusual odor, overheating,
discoloration or deformation
during operation, charging or
storage, immediately perform the
following measures.
•
Remove the power plug from the
wall outlet or cigarette lighter
socket.
•
Power off the FOMA terminal.
•
Remove the battery pack from the
FOMA terminal.
Failure to do so may cause fire,
burns, injuries, or electric shock.
Don’t
Do not place on an unstable or
inclined platform.
May cause the device to fall and
cause injury.
Don’t
Do not keep in a place that is
very humid, dusty, or subject to
high temperature.
May cause fire, burns, or electric
shock.
Do
If children use the FOMA terminal,
parents or guardians should give
them the proper instructions for
use. Make sure that they use the
FOMA terminal as instructed.
Failure to do so may cause injury.
Do
Keep the FOMA terminal, battery
pack, adapter, and UIM out of the
reach of babies and infants.
Failure to do so may cause
accidental swallowing or injury.
Do
Be careful especially when you
use the FOMA terminal while it
has been continuously connected
to the adapter (including the
charging adapter) for a long
period of time.
If the FOMA terminal is used for a
long period of time on gaming, 1Seg
or another during charging, the
FOMA terminal, battery pack, and
adapter (including the charging
adapter) may become hot.
If you are directly in contact with hot
parts for a long period of time, it may
cause your skin to become red, itch,
or develop a rash depending on your
physical condition and also it may
cause low-temperature burn.
