Enter the PIN1 code and tap
"OK".

You are asked to enter the PIN1 code
when the FOMA terminal is powered on.
● Changing the PIN code
Enable PIN beforehand when changing PIN
code.

The "SIM PIN" screen appears, and you
are prompted to enter the PIN code.

Enter the current PIN code,
and tap "OK".

You are prompted to enter the PIN
code in the "SIM PIN" screen.

Enter the new PIN code, and
tap "OK".

You are prompted to enter the PIN
code again in the "SIM PIN" screen.

Enter the same PIN code
that was entered in Step 5,
and tap "OK".
NOTE
The default setting for the PIN code is
"0000".
● Entering the PIN code
Perform the following operations if you are
asked to enter the PIN code when the FOMA
terminal is powered on.

UIM, and tap "OK".
● Unblocking the PUK locked UIM
When the message telling that SIM card
locked by PUK is displayed, perform the
following operations.
