After manual reset if the fault still present, the fault will be generated

CAUSES
1. Fluttering of power contactor due to improper air supply.
2. Power contactor itself defective.
3. Loose connections in the wiring.
FAULT
ISOLATION
1. Ensure control air pressure is 5kg. /Sq.Cm. Adjust if necessary.
2. Check for air leakages in the pneumatic pipeline connected to
power contactor. If necessary replace the pneumatic pipe.
3. Manually operate the power contactor by pressing the armature
plate.
4. Check for air leakages from the magnet valve and power contactor
cylinder. There should not be any leakages.
5. The contactor should pick up with out any sluggish operation. If
found sluggish, replace power contactor.
6. Check power contactor main tips for any slackness. Ensure there is
no loose contact.
7. Check for magnet valve coil connection. The coil connections should
be tight and no loose crimped wires.
8. Ensure connector tightness at MEP-660. (Cable ID: AY).
