PROBABLE
CAUSES
1. Defective R1 contactor
2. Defective wiring.
FAULT
ISOLATION
Most probably this fault can be logged due to delayed drop out of the
contactor. Adjustment of Pick up / drop out values of R1 contactor
could solve the problem.
1. Check the status of the R1 contactor.
2. If the R1 contactor is in energized position, check the supply across
the operating coil.
3. If the voltage is zero and still R1 is energised, then the R1 it self is
defective. (Due to magnatisation of core). Replace the contactor.
4. If voltage is more than 65V, the digital output card MLSD16 has
gone defective. Replace the card and check up.
After adjustment / replacement o contactor perform once again auto
test and confirm that the contactor is functioning normal.
