slack (cable ID: AY). Tighten the connector and check the 
voltage again.  

2)  If voltage is still zero, check the continuity of BKBCL wire 

from the magnet valve to MEP-660 (Cable ID:  Pin No.L). If 
necessary replace the cable and check the voltage once 
again. 

3)  If voltage is still zero, then the digital output card MLSD 16 

in slot No.14 defective. Replace the card. 

8.  Repeat the test again vide item No.6 and ensure BKT is throwing to 

braking side
