If the fault condition is still present when cleared manually, the fault
will be generated again.

CAUSES
This fault will be logged in Ver 0 locomotives where T-813M type
sensors are used.
FAULT
ISOLATION
This fault will be logged only when the locomotive is fitted with an axle
mounted pulse generators having two-speed sensor.
1. Reset the fault manually.
2. Check for any cable cut/disconnection from the pulse generator to
RDB.
3. Check for slackness of wires in the junction box. If slack tighten the
connections.
4. Check the continuity of the individual wires of the cables connected
between Junction box and RDB. If any open circuit is found replace
the cable.
5. Check the continuity of 19-core cable from RDB to MEP-660 control
unit.
6. If cables are found normal and still the fault is logging frequently,
A. Replace the pulse generator and check up.
B. Replace the MFIP16 card and check up.
