CAUSES
1. Defective Sander relay
2. Defective MLSD16 card.
FAULT
ISOLATION
1. Check the status of the Green LED 12 on digital input card MDIP16
in slot No. 9.
2. If the Green LED is not glowing,
A. Then the fault is due to delayed opening of the interlock.
Change the relay.
3. If the Green LED is glowing, check the status of the relay.
A. If the relay is in energized position, check the voltage across the
relay coil terminals.
a) If the voltage is zero, relay is defective. Replace the relay.
b) If the voltage is more than 65V, MLSD16 card is defective.
Replace the card and check up.
4. Once again perform the Auto test for relays and ensure correct
operation of the SANDR relay.

in slot No. 9.
2. If the Green LED is not glowing,
A. Then the fault is due to delayed opening of the interlock.
Change the relay.
3. If the Green LED is glowing, check the status of the relay.
A. If the relay is in energized position, check the voltage across the
relay coil terminals.
a) If the voltage is zero, relay is defective. Replace the relay.
b) If the voltage is more than 65V, MLSD16 card is defective.
Replace the card and check up.
4. Once again perform the Auto test for relays and ensure correct
operation of the SR relay.
