intake manifold vacuum inspection.
• Is air sucked in from intake-air
system ?
Yes
Repair or replace malfunctioning part.
No
Go to next step.

• C arry out fuel line pressure inspection.
• Is fuel line pressure correct?

210—260 kPa {2.1—2.6 kgf/cm2, 30—36 psl}
Yes
Inspect following PIDs.
• ECT
• ECT V
• FH02S or 02SII
• MAF
• MAF V
(See F1-25 PCM INSPECTION (except for G F4A-EL
models))
(See Section F (for GF4A-EL models))
Inspect PCM GND condition.
No
Zero or low:
• Inspect fuel pump circuit.
• Inspect for open fuel pum p relief valve.

• Inspect for fuel leakage inside pressure
regulator.
• Inspect for clogged main fuel line.
•
Inspect pulsation damper.
High:
• Inspect pressure regulator fo r high pressure
cause.
• Inspect for clogged fuel return line.

• Verify test results.
— If okay, return to diagnostic index to service any additional symptoms.
— If malfunction remains, inspect related Service Information and perform repair or diagnosis.
• If vehicle is repaired, troubleshooting completed.
• If vehicle is not repaired or additional diagnostic information is not available, replace PCM.
