Balance scheduler - Task properties:
Name Description
Task description A descriptive name of the task
Task Active Is the task active or inactive

What is the amount this task will work
with?
Action Deduct, revalue or fillup to the amount?
Reason Why is this task executed?

With which purse will this task exchange

Email notification The email subject.
Email User CC the effected user(s)
Start Date Self explanatory
End Date Self explanatory
Execution Time Self explanatory
Frequency; every
For example '2' 'Moths' means 'twice
every month'.
Number of transaction (0=unlimited)
A limit on the number of transactions.
So if the task is executed twice every
month over the period of one year, 24
executions of the task would fire. If
just 15 executions of the task must fire
limit set this field to 15.
'0' means it is limited to the period
between the start and end date.
Search User
When the exact username or user code is unknown the 'Search User' function can be used to search for a user by
username, user code or purse.
Creating a task
When a new task is created, it will directly be picked up by the Balance Scheduler service running in the background, and
the task will be executed, when the current time is equal to the execution time.
