Ribbon Jam Recovery

Open the ribbon cassette cover.

Check if the ribbon is on the ribbon path correctly.

Check if the ribbon rollers are closed.

If the ribbon is folded, slack, or wound on the roller, reset it correctly.

If the ribbon is old or torn, replace it with a new one. (See 2.8,
“Replacing the Ribbon” on page 2-33.)
