Considerations in Creating a 5577 Data Stream
In the superscript/subscript mode, the widths of a superscript or subscript are equal
to the width of a single byte character. The upper end of the superscript is aligned
with the upper end of the single byte character. The lower end of the subscript is
aligned with the lower end of the single byte character. (See the figure below.)
