Specifies the grid lines vertically and horizontally for a line. Send this
code before sending the printing data for this line.
The specifications for parameters are as follows:

0 0 0 0 : No Grid Line
0 0 0 1 : Line
0 0 1 0 : Bold Line
0 0 1 1 : Dashed Line
Grid lines that are beyond the right margin are ignored. Since the grid
line is not a character it is not affected character decorations, but it is
printed over when the double strike mode is set. Double strike printing
can be immediately set or cancelled in the middle of a line so caution is
required when using grid lines.
52.Set Horizontal Tab: ESX 18 n1 n2 ht1 ht2 ... htn (X ' 1B 7E 18 n1 n2 ht1 ht2

Sets the horizontal tab position. The n1 and n2 indicate the number of
horizontal tabs, and the ht1, ht2 ... htn (one byte each) specifies the tab
positions by the number of single byte characters. Set tab positions in
ascending order. If the order is broken, the order returns to what it was
before the order was broken.
The tab position is set in the current character pitch. The maximum
number of tabs is 28. If more than 28 tabs are set, all tabs are ignored.
