Setting the Test Form

Open the front door and set the test form into the form stand. Insert the form
into the form insertion slot and push it up to the height of the left and right
tractors. If it is difficult to push up, do this while moving the form to the right
and left.
Note: Set the test form into the form stand so that the left edge of the form
is located to the left of the EOF (end of form) switch.

Fit the tractor holes on both sides of the form to the pins of left and right
tractors. Close the left and right tractor covers.
