7.1.5 Infrared Humidifier
CA UTION
Before removing the water pan from the infrared humidifier, ensure that the
power supply is disconnected and water in the pan is close to the room
temperature and does not cause scalds.
To ensure that the infrared humidifier works efficiently, periodically inspect the
water pan and clean it when necessary. It is recommended that you inspect the
water pan monthly and clean it based on water quality.
Perform periodic maintenance on the infrared humidifier as follows:

On the main screen, choose Maint >
Diagnostic Mode > Enter. Start the
humidifier. Check the three phase
currents of the humidifier contact (QC3
for a NetCol8000-A050 unit and QC9
for a NetCol8000-A100 unit) in turn
using a clamp meter. Verify that the
phase currents exist and differ by less
than 20%. The normal current range
for a NetCol8000-A050 infrared
humidifier is 7.5–9 A, and that for a
NetCol8000-A100 infrared dehumidifier
is 12–13.5 A.
