Precautions of welding pipes

While welding the refrigerant pipes, charge nitrogen from the nearest needle valve
(as shown by 1 in
) or from one port of middle pipes, as shown in

When welding the pipes, pay attention to the heat insulation cotton on the
pipes.
●
When welding the pipes, wrap the ball valve with a wet cloth to avoid
deformation of the seal washer due to high temperatures.
●
During the welding, avoid exposing the refrigerant pipes for over 15 minutes.
Otherwise, system reliability is influenced.
●
During the welding process, avoid burning the bottom plate and side panels,
especially the heat insulation cotton, labels, water pipes, and cables.
