NO TE

● When installing an angle valve, apply LOCTITE 554 glue staring from the second

external thread. The connector nut must be tightened (120 N m for the air intake angle

valve and 100 N m for the air exhaust angle valve) immediately after the glue is

applied; otherwise, the glue will become solid and unusable.

● The glue must not enter the pipe; otherwise, the system may be contaminated.

Step 8 Connect cables to the new compressor, start it, and continue to charge in the

refrigerant based on the system parameters to the optimal level.

Step 9 Tap Maint > Performance Maint to clear the compressor total runtime.

7.4.4 Replacing the Infrared Humidifier Lamps

Context

CA UTION

When changing the lamp, you can also clean the water pan. Ensure that the

power supply is disconnected before you perform any operations and the

temperature of the water in the pan is close to the room temperature, which

avoids causing scalds.

NO TE

● A highly clean lamp surface is required for the infrared humidifier. Direct touches are

not allowed for they will shorten the humidifier service life. Wear clean cotton gloves

when dealing with the lamp.

● Refill water after the lamp is changed. Otherwise, the infrared humidifier may act

abnormally.

The following figure shows an infrared humidifier lamp.

Recommended tools and materials for replacing a lamp: a Phillips screwdriver, an

adjustable wrench, a 3# hex key, combination pliers, and a new lamp

Step 1 Disconnect the power supply, close the water inlet for the infrared humidifier.
