2. Open the valve on the refrigerant steel vessel to dispel air from the hose
connected to the vessel, and close the valve on the refrigerant steel vessel.
3. Record the weight reading on the electronic balance, open the valve on the
refrigerant steel vessel, open the high pressure valve and low pressure valve
on the pressure gauge, charging in 1 kg of refrigerant from the high-pressure
side, and close the low pressure valve.
Step 4 Charge in refrigerant to the required amount or until no more refrigerant can be
charged in, and record the weight of charged refrigerant. The remaining
refrigerant needs to be charged in during power-on commissioning.
Step 5 Close the pressure gauge and the valve of the refrigerant cylinder after charging in
refrigerant.
