10.4.3.1 Draining the cooling oil
To drain the entire cooling oil from the machine, you must remove the screw plugs of the oil sepa‐
rator tank and open the oil drain valve of the airend. If the machine is fitted with a closed floor pan,
you must remove the bungs from the floor panel.
■ If necessary, remove the bungs from the floor panel.
■ Remove the screw plug from the oil filler of the oil separator tank.
■ Remove the screw plug from the tank floor of the oil separator tank.
■ Open the oil drain valve at the airend.
■ Remove the oil filter.
➤ Comply with all instructions.

1. Position a receptacle beneath the oil separator tank (accessible through a hole in the floor pan‐
el).
2. Remove the screw plug from the oil filler port of the oil separator tank.
3. Remove the gasket at the oil filler port.
4. Dispose of the old gasket.
5. Loosen and remove the screw plug from the tank floor of the oil separator tank.
