Checking compressed air aftercooler for leaks:
1. Open the enclosure.
2. Turn «Control On» switch to position "0".
3. Visually inspect for leaks: Does condensate escape?
Is the compressed air aftercooler leaking?
➤ Have the defective compressed air aftercooler repaired or replaced immediately by
KAESER SERVICE.
➤ Close the enclosure.
Clean the compressed air aftercooler only at designated cleaning locations equipped with an
oil separator.

The machine is cooled down.
The machine is fully vented, the pressure gauge reads 0 bar.
All compressed air consumers are disconnected and the air outlet valves are open.
The negative cable to the battery is disconnected.
