Configuring Modem Connections
Step 2
Connect the modem to the switch as specified in the
Cisco MDS 9500 Series Hardware Guide
or the
Cisco MDS 9200 Series Hardware Installation Guide
.
Step 3
Initialize the modem using the
modem connect line
command in EXEC mode.
Verifying the Modem Connection Configuration
Use the
show line
command to verify the configured modem settings.
The following example displays output from an MDS switch with a Supervisor-1 module.
