Using Instrument Functions
Using limit Testing
The following marker limit test types are available in the marker limit table:
l
Statistic: Mean
Statistic: p-p
Flatness
l
Delta
l
Delta Freq
The Erst three items above are parameters of special marker functions.
You can use
limit testing on three parameters of the marker math
functions: statistical mean, peak-to-peak ripple, and flatness. (See
Use
Marker Statistics” and “‘lb Use Marker Flatness” earlier in this chapter for
more information on these types of searches.) You can also use
markers to limit-test delta amplitude and delta frequency.
All of these special marker limit functions can be used in conjunction with
regular limit line testing.
