Description
This command sets filtering rules in the
fil
level of configuration definition mode.
Syntax
To set filtering rules:
rule [
IDENT
] [
PROCESSING
] [
MATCH
] do ACTION
To delete filtering rules:
delete rule {
IDENT
|all}
Parameters
IDENT
Specifies the ID that identifies a filtering rule.
Filtering rules and received packets are compared in ascending order of this number,
and the filtering rule that matches first is applied.
You cannot specify the same ID for different filtering rules.

Default value when this parameter is omitted:
The smallest unused number in the range from 2000 to 59999.

Range of values:
1000 to 1999, and 10000 to 59999
PROCESSING
Specifies the chain to which the rule is to be added.

Default value when this parameter is omitted:
All chains (input, output, and forward), except for those inconsistent with the
MATCH
parameter, are specified.

Range of values:
processing CHAIN
Multiple entries of input, output, and forward can be specified for CHAIN.
MATCH
Specifies the profile for the packets to be matched.

Default value when this parameter is omitted:
No profiles are specified for packets to be matched.

Range of values:
receive [not]
RX-INTERFACE
Specifies a receiving interface as the profile for the packets to be matched.
This can be specified for input and forwarding chains.
For
RX-INTERFACE
, specify the name of a receiving interface.
If
not
is specified, interface names other than the one specified for
RX-INTERFACE
become the profiles of packets to be matched.
