peer-control ip
Sets the IPv4 address of an SP for control traffic of the SP. This command uses the
information set by this command to enter SP mode.
Input format
To set or change information:
peer-control ip
<ip address> <subnet mask>
To delete information:
no peer-control ip

Parameters
<ip address>
Specify the IPv4 address.
1. Default value
This parameter cannot be omitted.
2. Specifiable value range
Specify the IPv4 address in dot notation.
<subnet mask>
Specify the subnet mask.
1. Default value
This parameter cannot be omitted.
2. Specifiable value range
Subnet mask: 128.0.0.0 to 255,255,255,255 (bits must be contiguous)
Default behavior
The Device cannot enter SP mode.

None
When the change is applied
The change is applied immediately after setting values are changed.
Notes
The same address as the control traffic IPv4 address on the SP that is connected to
another line to the processor cannot be specified.
