How to change the transmission bandwidth limitation for VF NIC

(for LPAR manager firmware version 01-9X or later)

Place the cursor at an item where an LPAR line crosses a VNIC number

column, and press F9: Set TXRATE to display the subscreen. Select a

numeric value to change, and press the Enter key.

When pressing F1 on the subscreen, you can enter a numeric value by the

100 Mbps.
