LINE SENSOR
VOLTAGE TOO LOW
Line sensor voltage level
is less than acceptable
value after confirming
sensor is clean and no
tubing is installed.(2866)
1. Use Utilities to display the line sensor
digital voltage in Diagnostics under
transducers.
2. Verify the Y/G L/S value and between
3031 and 3195. Verify the Red Line
Sensor reading is between 2866 to
3276. Slide the black shim into the line
sensor to block the light from the Y/G
and Red line sensors from transmitting
across and that the readings drop to
between 0 to 103.
3.If calibration is necessary, refer to the
calibration procedure in
4. If digital values differ significantly,
replace the CPU PCB. Using Utilities,
calibrate all components under A/D, and
centrifuge, and configure the language.
Reset protocol parameters (
MODIFY
PROGRAM
) if parameters were
different from default values.
