Cover
Using disinfectant cleaner applied to a paper towel or soft cloth dampened with
water, clean the centrifuge cover.

Caution:
Do not use oil, grease, or any material that leaves a deposit when
servicing the pump rotor assembly.
Caution:
Never use organic solvents (e.g., acetone) acids, bases, chlorine
solutions, phenolics or soap to clean any portion of the device.
Caution:
Do not immerse the pump rotor assembly in warm/hot water or place
directly under a spray of warm/hot water.
Pump Well
Using disinfectant cleaner applied to a paper towel or soft cloth dampened with
water, clean the pump well. Do not spray the cleaner directly into the pump
well.
Pump Shaft
1. Using disinfectant cleaner applied to a paper towel or soft cloth
dampened with water, clean and dry the pump shaft.
2. Reinstall rotors.
Note: The rotors for the pumps are keyed and must be fully seated to operate
properly. To install properly, place the rotor onto the pump shaft. Slowly rotate
the rotor by hand until the cutout in the bottom of the rotor lines up with the
pump shaft key and the rotor drops into position. Finish the installation of the
rotor by installing the center screw and tightening until snug. DO NOT
overtighten this screw.
Line Sensor
Using disinfectant cleaner applied to a paper towel or soft cloth dampened with
water, clean the line sensor housing. Also, clean the line sensor lens and
ensure that it is free of all substances that may affect the transmission of light.
Membrane
Panel
Using disinfectant cleaner applied to a paper towel or soft cloth dampened with
water, clean any contamination from the membrane panel and display. Do not
use spray cleaner directly on the front panel display.
