(8) Check the condton of the cut samples.
Blade Length Adjustment
(1) Wth the plotter n Ready status, press a key from
[F1]
to
[F4]
to select the COND No. for blade length adjustment.
(2) Press the
[TEST] key
to dsplay the cuttng test selecton screen.

(3) Press the
[F4] key
(BLAD ADJ.). The pen carrage wll move to the blade length adjustment poston, and the dsplay
wll alternate between the followng two screens.

(4) After you have fully retracted the blade tp, press the
[ENTER] key
to dsplay the followng screen.

(5) Turn the blade length adjustment knob n the clockwse drecton to extend the blade tp. Press the
[F4] key
(CHECK)
to dsplay the currently extended length of the blade. Adjust ths amount to sut the thckness of the medum.
The blade is extended
The blade is retracted
When the knob is given one full turn, the blade retracts or extends 0.5 mm.
(6) When blade length adjustment has been completed, press the
[ENTER] key
or the
[NEXT] key

If you perform a check with the cutter blade in the extended status, the blade tip may stick in the medium, making it
difficult to obtain an accurate value.

If a check is performed repeatedly at the same location, the blade tip may stick in the medium, making it difficult to
obtain an accurate value.
