5.22 Setting the Tool Movement Speed
Ths functon allows you set the movement speed of the tool n rased status separately from the cuttng/
plottng speed. A tool movement that s faster than the cuttng/plottng speed enables a reducton n the
overall cuttng/plottng tme.
(1) Press the [PAUSE] key to select PAUSE mode.
(2) Press the [NEXT] key repeatedly untl the followng menu s dsplayed.

(3) Press the [F4] key (OPTION2) to dsplay the menu shown below.

(4) Press the [F2] key (MOVE SPD) to dsplay the menu shown below.

SPEED = AUTO
Use the [ ] or [ ] key to change the numerc value, and then press the [ENTER] key to confirm your selection.
Setting range: AUTO, 10, 20, 30, 40 (cm/s) [Default value: AUTO]

When AUTO s selected, the pen movement speed s set to match the current cuttng/plottng speed.
(5) Press the
[PAUSE] key to cancel PAUSE mode.
This setting is retained in the plotter's internal memory even while the plotter is turned off.
