Set up an iSCSI NAS connected through an Ethernet switch
Connecting the NAS to the same network as the control PC and GEN DAQ
system through an Ethernet switch is the simplest way to set up a GEN DAQ
system.
This setup can be used in situations when the individual components of the
system are all connected to the same network via an Ethernet switch. This setup
enables network access to configure the NAS and GEN DAQ and to read the
data on the iSCSI storage device.
